I think for versatility then you can’t beat od. Either the OG IH-526-od or the IH-526L-od.

Modified or traditionsl is more a matter of body type perhaps, although to my surprise, I’ve found longer jackets allow more flexibilty for me. The shorter type III’s are great with a just a tee, but for layering the length is useful.

Thanks team. The ODL is probably the best option. Weight is moderate, color is great, and I know how it will fit.

Burlap is a sanded leather, you can have burlap roughout.

Hi, I posted the on the 461s thread but it might get some attention here. Hope it makes sense…
I'm hoping for a restock in sz30. Also wondering if sz29 will fit me. My jeans are usually size 29-32. I have apc hipsters which are low rise slightly flared bootcut in sz29 (i also have a pair in sz30 which are way too large). Since their, and some other brands sz29 bootcuts fit much larger (due to the cut and how their worn), where i would fit 30-32 in different cuts same brand, could I fit sz29 461/461s... Although my size 30 666sod are way too small now but they are a super slim bootcut. I also have a pair of IH-801 Duck Logger Pant sz31 which are a little too roomy

When a new product launches at IHUK what is the reason behind staggered launches from IH vendors in the US? For example, the ihj-69 was sold by IHUK followed by R&H. The other European vendors then followed suit. No US vendors have started selling the ihj-69 yet.

Hi there… It’s actually quite difficult to work this kind of thing out from that info. The best way to find out would be to measure your best fitting pair the way IH measure, then find the pair of 461s that is closest to, and preferably a little smaller than them.

Yes, Engineer… My Harness boots are lined, and they are much less hassle to remove.

Probably never. My oil tanned Boss are unlined on their third winter, so well broken in, and still a twat to take off. I think it must be a consequence of the rough side of the leather creating friction. Boot jacks are your friend.
