I made a batch of harissa today and did some tenderloin in it. It was served with roasted sweet potatoes and onion glazed in honey, cumin and lemon juice. Good dinner.

I normally make chili con carne with beef chunks, but I went into the freezer this morning and found about 5lbs of beef mince, so I thought I'd use it up.

Made a lasagna… This is 1/3 of the whole thing...

It has fresh smoked salmon, fresh spinache, bell peppers, grilled eggplant, grilled courgette, fresh made tomato sauce mixed with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and a mix of Italian cheeses on top...

I promise y'all it tastes a lot better than it looks...

Well, this morning, I felt my country boy roots, so I whipped up son sausage gravy, for biscuits and gravy (and eggs & hashbrowns as well….), but I only have a pic of the gravy...

Then, I've spent the rest of the day working on this pasta sauce…

I promise, the food is better than the photo quality, lol
