Inbound. Should be here Wednesday. Since it doesn't have a bi-swing back I sized up to an XXL for the shoulders so hoping it's not too roomy everywhere else as a result.

Debating what to do with the XXL. The shoulders are perfect over just a t-shirt, I could layer but might be tight. Armholes seem narrower to me even in a tee - obviously less room to maneuver than in the rider jacket with the bi-swing back but not a big deal. Since I sized up to get the wider shoulders, I have longer sleeves than I want… I can live with it but not able to fold over as cleanly as with the riders jacket. Bigger question mark is the length; not sure if this model is intended to be longer but it seems to fall a few inches lower than I would think for a denim jacket - i.e. Past waist length, so like taking how it fits on Sam and making it extend 2 or 2.5 inches longer.
All that being said, I love the styling and fabric. So... Do I return it or just wear the hell out of it?

Sorry @Alex, just saw this. It's already packaged up for a return unfortunately. Hard pressed to justify keeping it given how much better the rider's jacket fits and the plethora of other jackets awaiting their turn in the closet (e.g. black M-65… ;)).
But I love the design and the material. Eagerly waiting for the 888 cut in this denim now!

I'm still thinking about this jacket, for obvious reasons. It just seems that I can't find my size, as I would Need XXL for the shoulders, chest and waist but then the sleeves are just too damn Long. Compared to my old black Cotton duck there 0,8" longer - and I already find those sleeves to be annoying. For me it's one of those cases where the sleeves just got too Long for non-bike-riders. Maybe the OD Lefty could be an Option, but I would have loved that new denim in the 101 cut.

@Max Power I have long arms but I think the sleeves are too long even for bike riders like me!

Considering the fact that these jackets don‘t seem to sell to well, for a reason that absolutely eludes me, the reasonable thing would have been to wait until they go to the outlet.
But I couldn‘t.
This is size XL. With a buisnessshirt underneath it is a trim fit when buttoned up (my fingers hurt). I have not tried to wear an UHF under it yet, since I picked it up about 15 min ago and have to leave to pick up my son in a few minutes.
Any opinions on the fit are welcome (since it feels tight)
Oh, I take it the denim will stretch in certain areas, like it does with the pants, won‘t it?

I tried this jacket, but the size that would allow my chest to fit came with sleeves that swallowed up my hands.
I take it you remained dry
