Wake Up and Coffee
-
I'm wondering if anyone near a Stumptown coffee shop could see if they can get me one of these and then post it to the Uk please.

They would ship to me but there shipping rate is extortionate.
It currently out of stock on the website but hoping a shop may have one.
I'd throw in a few beer tokens for the shopper.
Kind Regards
BrayanI'll do it @bryaneidins70 . When it shows up here I'll ask for your mailing address

Sun died Bali Kintamali… a different profile due to the natural processing method. Really good stuff. Kalita 185, ceramic burr grinder.

Just buy a cheap one from Target. Its all about how long you grind the beans for not what machine they're in. We use a KitchenAid that was like $20 and it works just fine.
-
Do you guys have any recommendations for grinders?
Preferably under $100, I don't want to break the bank.Is decent for the price point; $33.

I have a single speed grinder ad while it works well, would prefer a dial adjustment grinder for a more consistent grind. Since i use several methods of brewing. Just sayin.

@Appfaff Adam, saw on another thread you drink bulletproof coffee…what are your impressions of it?
I make a similar version (fresh coffee, grassfed cow butter, blended), but I use some coconut oil instead of the bulletproof formula.
Is the bulletproof formula worth the money?

I got the bulletproof XCT oil (it’s essentially really pure MCT oil, same in normal coconut oil) because it was massively on sale at Whole Foods a while ago. It dosnt make the coffee as “coconut-y,” so I dig it. I also use only a very little bit of the grass fed butter. I don’t drink it everyday, but it’s a nice change up small amounts and much healthier than a standard latte

Gotcha.
Yeah, I am definitely a fan of switching my coffee up. I was on a butter/coconut oil kick for awhile and now I've been back to cream and sugar for a minute, but will likely switch back again soon
In consciously making an effort to eat better (via advice from my doctor and the snugness of my shirts), I have to say that dairy and sugar in my morning coffee is one thing I just can't compromise on

Just playing.
