Yeah crotch blowout isn't a huge issue for me. I burn up the thighs and pockets first

I've done that with every pair of IH I've ever had, and it doesn't really take that long- it was the first wear to show on my ducks.  A few of my older pairs- my 634s and 634V- don't have taped pockets at all, and I've managed to completely destroy the pockets.  Maybe I have sandpaper knuckles.

I just picked up a pair myself since they included a size 35 on this last run.  Fit is perfect.

They’re many peoples first non denim IH trousers and with good reason. A nailed on classic.
