I'd guess this, but I have no clue.  I like the idea, though.

I fully intend to corner you in September to talk about that a bit..

Sounds like a sensible idea. If you've done it then you can guarantee others have too - very frustrating.

Thinking of improving the display of products…

Whenever I look up any IH product, I am presented with a 12 cm x 12 cm pic of the product on my screen (an IMac).

If I click the magnifying lens or double click the smaller product pictures under the main picture, it'll bring up a larger image of the same picture. This one measures 15.5 cm x 15.5 cm on my screen. This is roughly a 30% increase in both height and width. I think this image ought to be larger to allow us to view the details we are looking for in the fabric, weave, colors, buttons, stitching, etc.

Is that possible? If so and were to you agree it is a useful idea, how about making it a 100% enlargement (translating to a 24 cm x 24 cm on my screen)?

                    Cheers to The Web Minions!

Added to the dev list as a priority. We have to be mindful of how large we make these images due to the mobile users also grabbing this data on lower speed connects. We do handle those slightly differently anyway from memory.
I'd also like these images to be 2x "retina" if possible to really look great on our 5k displays.  😉

@neph93 's reason is a powerful one too!

The interesting and subtle fabric details are now much easier to appreciate with the bigger image.

Nope, I notice it all the time as well.  I swear I've brought it up before too.

                                            Hi,

I'm trying to understand what the behaviour is that I'm seeing vs the expected behaviour.

When I view Future and Planned Products all the threads have a NEW tag on them until I view the LAST page of the thread, then it disappears. If I logout and then log back in the threads remain without the NEW tag until something is added to them.
I guess that's by design, is it working differently for you?

[edit] just checked the forum software change log and I see there's an update that includes "Fixed a Mark Board Read bug".
                                            That could be it!

I'll schedule in a forum upgrade for next week.
