Has there ever been a world tour for a shirt or jacket? It would be cool to see what we could do to a ihsh-33.

Funny you mention that, I was just thinking the same thing since I have the 888WT jeans right now.
I think it'd be pretty cool.

There was movement for a jacket tour a while ago. Never materialised because of sizing issues. Good idea though.

Evo is even harder to get on a jacket, but I'd love to be in a jacket world tour. Especially if People would add some customisation, like patches, stitching, pins and the like. And as XL seems to be the fastet selling size and happens to be my size as well… 😎

That would exclude me, but I’m more interested in seeing the outcome. A shirt would probably work better though because it is more likely to be wearable year round.

If we planned it correctly we could keep a tour going in such a way that the jacket is in a climate appropriate part of the world at any given time.

Also, if we get enough people who can do XL (lets say 10) then we can just fund our own jacket.

How about the SBG type III WT?

That jacket hasn’t seemed to get a ton of love, and it will fade kinda fast - if we get 12 people to go in together, it would only be like $1/day to wear it - which would be cool

I propose a jacket that gets toured and handed over on actual motorcycle rides. Each member uses it for a time and must ride his bike over to the next member to hand it over. We could probably get both a US and a Euro toured jacket. It would take longer but it would show actual bike evolution.
                      Think that could work?

                      The journey is the objective.

It's a nice idea but of the 4-5 people who have already signed up, I don't think any of us rides a bike…  :o
