Thanks guys, I had a great experience!
Honestly I’m not sure how they made the hush puppies, but they had the same texture and flavor that you expect from a normal one. But lighter and just all around more fluffy. Like eating little clouds.
Also funny story how I got the reservation, I was working and I mentioned to a client that it was my birthday and she asked me where I was going to eat. I told her Olamaie but we didn’t have a reservation. She happened to be the OpenTable rep (reservation system) and she said give me your contact info and I’ll get you a birthday reservation without a problem. Such a nice gesture. -

I made fettuccini Alfredo for my friend tonight and she was really impressed. I thought it was awesome so I wrote down an ad hoc recipe so you can impress your lady or dude friends with your cooking prowess because it is super easy. It takes longer to boil the water than it does to do everything else.
P.S. sorry that my handwriting is kind of crazy.
