My BA in Fine Arts was much the same. Worked in restaurants for years, eventually pursing sommelier certification. Moved into retail and worked at a high end wine shop for a few years but found it less than fulfilling.
I made a change and am now a 911 call taker/emergency medical dispatcher/police dispatcher for the city I live in. Hopefully soon to be SWAT negotiator as well.
