Very nice looking belts. I'll wait for a lighter brown or natural version to come along.
VERY BEAUTIFUL photographs Alex…I especially enjoyed the ones of the burnished edges and the prong holes.

I have two IH belts and feel confident you'll be satisfied. Let us know what you think…

EDIT: I should add that despite the aforementioned two belts I'm a hairs breadth away from making it three. These are new after all, right?  ::)

Perfect timing as I have been searching for a nice black belt.

@neph93 do you have experience with the black IHB-01? I am curious if they work well in business casual environment (i.e. worn with chinos and possibly slacks)

I have the one in black. It is truly a glorious beast. I have also indeed worn it as part of ye olde business casual with chinos and imo it definitely works.

Sorry mate, didn't see this until now… I don't have a black one but my brown IHB-05 works great with chino's and other smart casual gear, so I see no reason why these won't.

Love it, sturdy brassware and luxurious leather that feels very supple for the thickness. Looks like it will develop a great patina..

Couple of pics of it against dark denim (19L)..

These are handsome, high-quality, lifetime belts – both the good ol' basic black and the milk-chocolate brown brown, and their solid brass hardware is a big, broad, welcome fit that's nicely spaced between an IH pair of jeans' two front belt loops...
...  and guess what else ?  Main man @Giles was kind enough to offer to find, and then to bring-in some extra, nickel-plated (garrison) buckles – one of which I've bought and have swapped for the brass hardware of my black Tochigi IHB-06, so as to match the silver of the chain-linkage of the black wallet, and of the black key-fob, that I wear with my jeans.  How's that for attention to detail ?  Thanks again, IH !

Does anyone know if the "keeper" is attached to the belt or can it be removed.  I'm just wondering how this belt would work with the Iron Heart Big Brass Buckle.  Maybe the IHB-07 would work better with that buckle? I normally just slide the excess of the belt into a pant loop.  I would just buy the IHB-07 and be done with it because ill be using the big brass buckle anyway, but I like the style of the stock buckle with the IHB-06 better, just in case I want to use that one from time to time.  It may sound a little confusing but bottom line, is the brass "keeper" removable? thanks.
