• organic muesli (2% sugar)
• soy yoghurt
• organic, fairtrade banana
• fairtrade coffee (yet to be made, after breakfast)
• soy milk

Breakfast is really the only thing I'm willing to eat at McDonald's.  They do several things quite decently, though the sausage McMuffin is my favorite.

Biscuits (done right), are buttery, and delicious. I know this doesn't make them appeal to Seul, but a little lard is often the secret to greatness.
