• organic muesli (2% sugar)
• soy yoghurt
• organic, fairtrade banana
• fairtrade coffee (yet to be made, after breakfast)
• soy milk

Breakfast is really the only thing I'm willing to eat at McDonald's.  They do several things quite decently, though the sausage McMuffin is my favorite.
