Greetings from Texas, y'all! I've been staring at pictures of the IHSH-13 for the past 3 days. I read through all 29 pages of this thread last night and it pushed me over the edge. As soon as i get home, I'm going to take some quick measurements for a little piece of mind. I'm most probably a size Large. I'm 6'2", 41 chest and about 185lbs. This will be my first IH piece and I can't hardly wait. What have i got myself into?

You are almost exactly same size as me….My name is "tool-tipped" on the web page, so you will see my vitals. And I wear a large....
Appreciate the response, Giles. I just read your stats. We are pretty much the same. I'm also a 34 waist with a 34 inseam. I think it's safe to say a Large is going to work out for me.

I just ordered the size Large and went with the Mother of Pearl snaps. All the measurements seem to be perfect when I measured my best fitting shirt. The only exception was all my shirts had 20 inch shoulders and the size Large is listed at 18.2 inches. Will this make the sleeves shorter or am I totally wrong? My sleeves on my shirt at home measured 26.5 and the IHSH-13 in Large is 26 inches. The 26.5 inches is a tad too long and I could definitely give up .5 inches or so. Please tell me I'm reading way too much into this. Anyway send my shirt down to Texas! The wait will be brutal.

Just my two cents, but I think you should go XL. I'm smaller than you at 6', 176lbs with a 41.5" chest and the XL is spot on for me. Large is too snug.

well just realized my chest is .5" bigger than yours but either way if you normally wear shirts with 20" shoulders then I would recommend trying the XL.

I went and looked at the XL measurements and I think you're absolutely right. I'm an athletic gym going 6'2" 185lbs. Hope I can contact customer service and get my order changed.

Same here, athletic gym going build as well so I would definitely go XL. Great shirt btw and once you get your sizing down I highly recommend getting the black one as well.

I'm 5'11.5", 195lbs 44" +/- chest, athletic build and I wear a XXL in this shirt. Other IH shirts I wear an XL. I found this model runs small in the shoulders, chest and arms. XL was too tight and constricting across the top, but width at the waist & opening and length were good. It's a trade off for me - the XXL fits good up top but is too wide from waist down to opening. Cuffs are also much smaller than some other shirts. Beautiful shirt! I love the snaps without the front shoulder yokes.

Does this shirt run long ? My shoulder 20 and chest 26. I wanted 29.5 or 30" length . Do you think i need xxxl?
One problem I am facing now with IH shirts is that the shirt lengths are long. I am not too tall but upper body is big
