I received this beauty yesterday. Was very frustrated at the beginning as I couldn't button it up and blamed myself for sizing down (I was on the fence between 31 and 32, and got them hemmed already). However, I managed to button it up this morning after a lukewarm soak (bruises on 4 fingers now :-[). I couldn't be happier with the fit now. Wore it all day and the denim is losening up significantly already. I got almost 1 Inch of stretch just from today.

Looking forward to see this evolve!

I've felt that way about this whole release. Almost bought slim once the tapered was sold out. I'm afraid I will be regretting my indecisiveness for a long time to come.

Yeah same here. With shrink, the size 30 in the slim looks like it might work but I usually like my hems closer to 7 and I've seen some hip flares that would prob look bad on me since im skinny

Side story:
I soaked the jeans on Sunday and put them on again a day later to check the fit and take these photos. I managed to button up all the buttons, but it wasn't easy to say the least, and took a heavy toll on my fingers. Today I wanted to actually wear them for the first time, but I couldn't handle the buttons again because my fingers were so beaten up from the first time. I struggled with them for a while and couldn't even do one button, eventually retreating like a coward, to wear something more forgiving. I will regroup and plan my revenge
