I've been wanting a pair of these ever since you showed us a sample of the fabric. Didn't know if you were going to have any to sell to us,and then,like several others I was counting the days to the Pronto Denim Carnival. Tragedy strikes and once again I'm patiently waiting with March 19th circled on my calendar. Is there any way to commit to a pair,so as to be assured of getting them? I'd gladly pony up a non refundable deposit as we did with the WDC jeans. Apologies in advance for being a pain in the ass.

Because of credit card issues(Have to have International purchases pre approved) If I'm not at home by a computer when they actually go live,I might get shut out. Happened twice this season with shirts,but fortunately SENY got them. Obviously no retailers are getting these. Might be one of those "Bun Fights" Giles speaks of.

I imagine these are lightly sanforized like the other 25 oz denim is. It will probably stretch and not shrink very much.

Sanforised no wash.  I suspect the normal 1/2 - 1" shrinkage in the waist and 1-1.5" in the leg.

I saw, and handled, these at New Year. The denim is indeed glorious, if I had room in my wardrobe and wallet I would be all over these too.

Wow. To paraphrase Mr Pacino, just when I thought I was out, you pulled me back in. I was going to restrict myself to the new cut this year. That may not happen now.

How much will they stretch out after initial soak/wash?

How much stretch is kind of an unknown variable considering this is a new material. It is reasonable to suppose that they will stretch about .75 to 1.25 inches in the waist and an equal percentage in the other areas, depending on how snug the fit is on you. Just like the other sanforized 25 oz denim. For these stretch is a good thing because they will become more comfortable after about 3 to 6 weeks if you wear them daily (taking into account that this is a slim fit).

I never got more than 1" stretch from my 634 XHS, which I why I don't really wear them anymore. You'll want the extra room. Size up if you're on the fence. You'll appreciate it in the future.

My discover card won't let me pay when I try to use it by itself.

I can use paypal to pay with the same discover card.

Moral of the story, use paypal.
