Uh oh, Jester King released their info about their first spontaneously fermented beer.
Tons of info here on how it's been made, I already requested off work just now to make sure I get myself a bottle or two.

We'll see if I manage to get any bottles, if I do I'd be willing to make a trade!
I'd have to imagine they have a ticket system in mind with the announcement a month before the release. Also I'm going to Chicago over Thanksgiving, any beers I should try and track down while I'm there?

^^^super jealous of those Treehouse beers you've been posting.
But many of the Treehouse (and Trillium) beers that I've seen pictures of have been SUPER cloudy and opaque. Have you heard anything in your area about why their beers are so remarkably hazy. There are obviously a few reasons that beers are cloudy, and this looks intentional since it's present in so many of their beers, but I was wondering if you have heard anything from the Brewers, maybe?
BTW, that's an awesome countertop!
