I know these are one-washed, but anyone know the potential for additional shrinkage?

I sized up to an XL for the sleeve length, but would like to slim down the torso / chest. If I can't manipulate the fit a little bit, I'd like to let it go to someone who wants it as it is.

Lovely looking shirt this one, this could be my next purchase… tried to find it in a store today that sells the IH jeans, but they didn't carry the IH shirts.

One little question: The tags/labels in the picture below, are these scratchy synthetic fabric, or something nicer? Yes, I unpick the stitches on any synthetic labels in all my clothing.

Yep, really horrid synthetic shit.  We can remove for you if you like…...But the shirt would be non returnable if we did, or we could include an unpicker in the package if you remind us when ordering....

No need to supply an unpicker, thanks, I have my own and I'm a dab hand with it now.  Luckily theres no shortage of stores here in Bangkok with IH clothing for sale, so I'll work out if I'm an L or XL first.

If you also don't like the synthetic labels, the question is why don't you use cotton labels?  I wouldn't bother to ask the question of an inferior brand (cost would be the answer I'd presume), but judging by the attention to details shown in the 1955S jeans I own, you are very considerate of the minutia.
