Got my first work shirt here.  Excited for this one. I always seem to prefer the fit on westerns, but somehow really like how this pattern looks in work. Longer sleeves tipped the scales. Hopefully the crew can find one with a slightly longer back length.  In any event, I am pleased.

@Anesthetist I'm loving it even though I haven't been able to try it on in front of a mirror yet since I'm at work until 9pm.   I'll be changing shirts as soon as I clock out so I can wear it home at least.

I also picked mine up today, color on @Hereforthebeer 's picture is definitely the most accurate.
The cream color is definitely not white, which is nice. Buttons are really nice too!

I know these are one-washed, but anyone know the potential for additional shrinkage?

I sized up to an XL for the sleeve length, but would like to slim down the torso / chest. If I can't manipulate the fit a little bit, I'd like to let it go to someone who wants it as it is.
