Has the sizing been adjusted to the new measurements or did an Indigo L start out as Grey L?

No adjustments have been made.  We chucked them in the vat of dye and then re-measured. A tagged grey XL still is a tagged XL.

Thanks! I was just wondering, as the chest and shoulders of the Indigo Version seem larger than on the regular one (looking at size L).
