Thank @Black Orchid I'm enjoying using it greatly. After a few mis-starts with other wallets (Red Moon / Kawatako), good to finally give something the effort it deserves.

@Cutlasshound it's not thin mate. After 19 months it's just starting to settle down, but it'll never be a thin wallet. If jeans have small pockets, I still have trouble getting the wallet in and out. I keep minimal cash in there, but do keep about 9 cards in the 6 slots so it could be a little thinner, but it's never going to be skinny.

Snowy your WC is coming along very well, have you treated it at all?
I've been using mine for a few months now, but have yet to treat it. Really love the wallet so far.

@Broark the inside is untreated. Outside has had ~2 light coats of Buzz Rickson's leather conditioner, 1 light coat of FH cordovan wax.

I've been trying to wait as long as possible to not treat mine, after seeing Kiya's untreated one in person awhile ago I might just go that route.
                But yours looks great @Snowy!

@Broark I too held out but it needed it. It was getting dry. I live a different lifestyle from Kiya, so am treating it uniquely to my life. It doesn't need tons of oils, just a sprinkle here and there.

I look forward to seeing how yours evolves ::).

                  @finn666, pleasure 😘

@Snowy Valid point, everyone's got their own approach!
I might try an get some pictures of mine up sometime soon, the leather inside is still very light.
Realized I'm coming up on about 6 months of use.
It's a beast of a wallet, but it's become one of my favorite things that I own.

Sterling silver, shell cordovan outer with natural calf inner, tendon construction, and the perfect size for a rein. This is an heirloom quality good, hard to find better. I guess you could always bedazzle it, but I'd lose the gems IMO.

These wallets are by Felix Comploj. I don't know how to get in touch with him, but he does have an Instagram stream. The one at the bottom left strikes me as what you're looking for @Simoon.

I don't know if it has been posted before, can somebody tell he what keyhook this is?

I saw one like that in a small shop earlier this month and been hitting myself over the head ever since because I didn't buy it.

Thanks! This could be the one in the picture.

Now that I think of it: the one that I found had a screw-on spiral to make sure the bottom loop stayed in place. So it's not exactly the same as in the picture. I'm gonna try and find the Phone number of the shop and see if they can point me in the right direction.

I just ordered a biker style wallet, in natural steerhide, from Japan – made by Dalee's. It comes with a braided leather wallet chain.

                                        So far 🙂

Anyone have experience with Funny Co.?  Specifically their Rider's wallets?  I'm thinking about picking one up but I'm not too sure about the size.  I've been carrying a small Billkirk card case for a few years now so going to a full size wallet could be quite a change…..  Not to mention I've never worn a wallet chain before (I suppose I don't necessarily have to wear the chain).
