Exactly. @Megatron1505 You wouldn't come all the way to the west coast, and skip San Diego because of a 2 hour drive would you? I wasn't suggesting you commute each day dude. That's ludicrous. But come for a couple days afterwards. That's just good economics.

He lives 1 block from the water! a ten minute walk to BEER and a 15 minute walk to FISH TACOS! I hear he's a helluva cook as well.
