I have gone back and forth about selling mine, but am going to hold onto it for now. Every time I want to take pics of it for a sales thread, I feel regret which is a good sign to keep it IMO. It is a great shirt and I hope you get your hands on one.

Haha! I'm working on it, but I don't want to be unable to wear most of my wardrobe!
True story: This is one big reason why I train KBs, Muay Thai and BJJ: Functional strength without adding mass. I gained 20 pounds of muscle in a single year and basically none of my clothes fit me anymore.
Good for you, martial arts for me as well.

Is it normal for the 99 will stretch out back to a same-size 76 dimensions-wise (specifically, in the shoulders/chest) with wear?

I need to measure mine but I don't think it has. It may have stretched a little though…

Def dont size down on this one. The shrinkage from the OD plus the heavy fabric would be very uncomfortable.
