Laugh it up pigboy…..,,he landed a bargain jacket and moaned that he struggles to use the zip,I am gonna be down on cash because of some sausage fingered fuckwitt.Deffo think he is a buy,then try,then return type of guy,,see what fleabay do,,,,gonna lose,,,but I will go down swinginBest of luck nem, that is one of the most obnoxious things about Ebay & paypal. A seller cant win. On the plus side, "sausage fingered fuckwitt" is one of the funniest things I've heard in a long time!

cheers matey,,,but alas I have lost out ..gotta refund the tosser,,all beacause he cannot do up a zip on a Tanker jacket,,the zip on this jacket malfunctions and doesn t do up properly. it isn t broken, in the sense that it has teeth missing, but none the less is utterly useless- to give you an example, i ve tried on 3 separate occasions to to put it on- twice i gave up and the third time it took 14(!) goes to filly get the zip to not jam. this is unacceptable, and i absolutely refuse to believe the seller knew nothing of this. i have written to him 3 times explaining my predicament- he claims there s nothing wrong with it, except it s maybe a bit stiff. he explains he could do it up, but choose to wear it undone… hmm i wonder why?? i then got a bit of a rant about people changing their minds and how he s sick of that happening. i have no idea if he s referring to other items, or that this has happened on this jacket before. i strongly feel he should take it back, and re-list it with some kind of reference to the zip issue so people can at least be aware. if this was for sale in a shop, i wouldn t have bought it given the problem. he claims i ve got a bargain- my view is a jacket i can t wear is a waste of money- however much it costs. Can you please intervene and try to sort it out? many thanks Nick

Does the tanker have a 2-way zip? I feel like if one doesn't know how to make sure the zip is all the way down and 'clicked in', those can be a pain in the ass. Sounds like either way this buyer doesn't really know how to use a zipper, and may need their mommy to tie their shoes, besides.

Does the tanker have a 2-way zip? I feel like if one doesn't know how to make sure the zip is all the way down and 'clicked in', those can be a pain in the ass. Sounds like either way this buyer doesn't really know how to use a zipper, and may need their mommy to tie their shoes, besides.

Tanker has a Conmar zipper,,old school WWll type,one way zip,think they are on most of the Buzz Rickson Tanker jackets,,nearly used that "mommy tie there shoes" line in one pf my replies,,in the end I just gave up and called him a useless southern prick.

Like that a lot,will be binning Fleabay off,,only ever use it to make cash for bills etc….......,,way too may rogue buyers out there that Fleabay protect........ah well rant over

I used to enjoy buying a selling on eBay, then a few years ago then rules changed: EBay basically stripped sellers of all rights of recourse, made it more expensive to sell. They must have decided that buyers were all that mattered for their business model, and that sellers would keep on coming, due to eBay's monopoly power.
Last straw was when PayPal helped someone scam me out of a significant amount of money.
Lord knows PayPal and eBay need some real competition. (I really enjoyed talking to the geniuses in their Philippine call center, hahaha.) Good for you for walking away from them.
