16.5oz Raw Indigo/Indigo Duck

The prototyp of the 666 Loombreaker just arrived 45 minutes ago. I thought I better take and post fit pics right away, before my wife finds out I bought another piece of IH gear this year and kills me.
Do they need a cold or hot soak or can they be worn right way? [url=http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1]@Giles

great fit & nice cut for you Cole.

They suit you perfectly Cole.

The fit looks great. I guess even though this is a prototype, you have to pay for it to keep it.

I just returned from my first night out with the new Loombreaker.
So far it wears like a charm (after it wasn't damp anymore) but the creases around the knee make it look a little akward while walking or standing around. I have no experience with Duck and the whole heavy Denim thing is relatively new to me, so could someone with more experience please tell me if the creases will spred them self a bit more evenly, once the fabric softened up a little with wear.
I hate looking like I wear kneepads underneath all the time.

They look really good. I should have given you more competition in the auction!

That would have saved me quite some trouble with my better half.

I know your pain, but in the end it's worth it every time!

Pardon the lack of knowledge, but is there a similar expected shrinkage with raw duck as raw denim? Or does it behave totally differently?
-
Duck and denim are different weave patterns, so they do have different shrink and stretch characteristics. Specifically, duck doesn't really shrink or stretch. Denim obviously will do both, to one degree or another.
