For the first time in many years I’m sick and vomiting…
About 5:00 or 6:00 this morning until about 12:00 I couldn’t hold anything down and had a head splitting headache.

So today I’m enjoying this:

Now not only am I not vomiting, but I almost feel good!

With a Perennial Saison, very good meal and very reasonable.

Back to healthy eating. Gained only 2 kgs during my holidays so that ain't bad!.. But they gotta go!..
