Norwich fire Hughton…..harsh when you consider that Pardew is still in his job.
-
Hmmmm….it ain't looking good for the Canaries. We've got a really tough run in (Liverpool, Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal) so we desperately need a win against Fulham this weekend then fingers crossed we can take a few lucky points away from the 'big boys'.
Not sure what a youth team coach is going to do differently with the same squad of players that Hughton had. Very questionable timing on the sacking considering it's such a crucial point of the season.
-
I think it's a monumentally stupid decision to ditch Hughton, after sticking with him all season, for the last 5 games. It makes absolutely bugger all sense.
My feeling is that Norwich will be alright, just, if they take points this weekend from Fulham.

Hmmmm, that didn't go so well. Got that sinking feeling now and no doubt Suarez will tear us a new one at the weekend too.

I hear you Rafa. Not a big fan of Robben and his diving antics (not that the Real players weren't trying their hardest to match his level of cheating) so was glad to see them go out.
-
Was also surprising how Pep looked lost and didn't really do all that much to change it. They're definitely not as easy on the eye as they were under Heynckes.
-
Wasn't sure where to put this, but…....

Nice to see Welbeck getting amongst the goals for the Gunners last night even if it was against a pretty poor Galatasaray side. It looks like it's gonna be a long season for Liverpool however; the back to back Madrid games could end up ridiculously one sided on aggregate with their defence coming up against that terrifying forward line.
-
Liverpool look weak all over the pitch to me, they changed too much in the summer and rather than trying to replace Suarez they tried to completely change the entire style of play. Bad move.

And to think it were only 6 months ago they were trying to sell their Premier League winners tees!
Now, where's that big LOL smiley!
