18oz indigo weft/indigo warp - IH-666SII and IH-634SII

Unfortunately I could not follow the discussion on the blue stitching, but I would like to speak my mind, even if late.

Blue stitching are not "different", they are  standard in "deep indigo" jeans. Like PBJ and Momo in all their deep indigo models. To my knowledge, there are no "deep indigo" jeans in the world with traditional stitching. Personally I hate blue or black stitching. I tollerate black stitching only in super black jeans.
So I'm totally with H. on this.

Possibly.  Got to sort out the first 2 cuts yet.  This denim, the UHR and the "ordinary" 18oz is made in a house factory run by husband and wife team.  I'm breaking them at the moment….

My specs for the 634SI:

I would like these to be delivered RAW with an inseam of 38", but I would like the "correct" IH-634S hem size to be at 34" (pre soak) inseam length.

4" of shrinkage?  I don't even get that when I take a cold shower.

There is not 4" of shrinkage.  You'll get an inch or 2 at the most.  What I want is that post soak, the hem width at an inseam of 34 is the same as if we made them 34.  So if we hem them to 34 they will be normal width for that waist size/model.
