My specs for the 634SI:

I would like these to be delivered RAW with an inseam of 38", but I would like the "correct" IH-634S hem size to be at 34" (pre soak) inseam length.

4" of shrinkage?  I don't even get that when I take a cold shower.

There is not 4" of shrinkage.  You'll get an inch or 2 at the most.  What I want is that post soak, the hem width at an inseam of 34 is the same as if we made them 34.  So if we hem them to 34 they will be normal width for that waist size/model.

Just seen this now, but a raw inseam of 38" would give around 36" post-soak. That works for me, as I tend to like about a 35" inseam.

I'd better get saving.
