I can't believe anyone with any self respect would ever poison their bodies with the horrifying "food" at McDonald's.

Especially the Sausage McMuffins and hash browns.  People should dispose of those things immediately.  And if people can't, they should bring them to me (preferably while steamy hot), so that I can dispose of them properly.

People abusing their bodies with that garbage are a burden on the healthcare system we all pay for in my country. I will personally continue to have negative feelings about people who choose that form of self abuse, but understand the sentiment behind your feeling mega

This is true, but honestly the person eating a greasebomb burger from a high end restaurant is wreaking just as much damage on themselves.

The thing that pisses me off is that this Ancel Keys fuckwad did some selective science a while back to falsely indict lipids and cholesterol as unhealthy, and ridiculed the CORRECT scientist whose rival theory indicting sugar for various health related maladies. Then the fuckwads in the US government institutionalized this pseudoscience by enshrining its false conclusions within the "food pyramid." Millions and millions of people either dead or with compromised quality of life because of credulous leadership and a terrible scientist. And still, doctors believe in the lipid hypothesis, which is in scientific terms, dead as a doornail. We will have to wait for a generation of doctors and dietitians to die before this religion will die with them. Meanwhile, misled patients will continue to suffer and die because they are being told to eat poisons.

McDonald's is a symptom as much as it is a cause.

                  Think it, be it.

It's a fucking hamburger, if you feel the need to eat 10 a week rather than one in a while then it's your problem not McDonalds. They don't pretend to sell health food folks.

What really pisses me off is this sudden horror about people who live their lives eating this stuff are putting their lives at risk…..NO SHIT! Just as you would be if you spent your life living on devilled eggs and truffles.

Personal responsibility has been replaced with blaming faceless corporations for doing what they have always done and never pretended not to be doing. If you want to give the middle finger to Mac D's then do it for the rain forest, not for making people fat.....it's a fucking hamburger, what did you expect.

I don't know.  I don't always buy breakfast, but when I do, I buy egg and chorizo breakfast tacos.  And lately, my breakfasts have been an opportunity to tinker with a recipe for chia seed pudding made with almond milk.

Sometimes if I'm traveling in another state and i ask for sausage gravy and biscuits, I get this weird look like what are you talking about. We have them in ohio and they are yummy. As much as i hate mcdonalds food, I love their coffe and biscuits.

I hear you on that ohighyo. Bob Evans is always the go to for that if all else fails. The other that would be less cared for, southern sweet tea. No I don't want sugar or sweetener to add to your instant garbage, I want real brewed, sweetened as made, iced tea.

Biscuits and sausage gravy are easy to find in MN, which surprises me. I no longer eat that delicious poison, given what I know about flour and the fact that that's basically flour on flour action. Unsure if fast food establishments here carry them.

i love ash wednesday.  it's the only day i can walk by a bunch of folks and tell them they have something on their head & they look at me & then try to explain what it is all while i smile & then tell them i was just f^cking with them.

all my muslim friends think ash wednesday is great too cause a lot of them have a darker mark on their foreheads from praying & on ash wednesday they look very similar to their christmas loving counterparts.

                                            religion is great
