    cords in a 666 or 555 cut, that'd be sweet imo!…

I'd like to see a heavyweight indigo 666 with phantom arcs.

Phantom, as per Samurai will not happen (in situations like this, I normally say "never say never", in this particular case. I can shorten that to "never")….Heavy weight 666 we can do, it's called the IH-666-XHS

          What are phantom arcs?

The arcs are stitched into the butt of the jean before the pockets are applied.  They are thus invisible.  Until that is, they appear as if by magic with wear, washing and fading…..

I dont like that idea. It wouldn't work on my, I have a wallet and a cell phone in my back pockets.

              Think it, be it.

I guess it would also be possible to stitch the arcs onto a pocket lining, that would solve the wallet/phone issue…

I own a pair of 666XHS and love them.

I would just like to have some different back pocket stitching on my next pair of 666s. Indigo arcs perhaps.

What was decided on the 18oz blue warp / weft production models?

Or I guess I could go the 25oz Beatle Busters next time around to switch it up. I get heavyweight denim and some differentiation on the back pockets.

Yeah, I didn't know how that was actually achieved. It wouldn't work for me either. I keep a wallet in my back right and my Phivgel key wallet in the back left.

Very interested in the stitched pocket lining though!

The blue weft model is getting standard colored arcs, as I recall.

Won't happen.  The IH-666-XHS stays as is - sorry

I think we have decided to use a less "in your face" yellow for the arc stitching than the sample, though I am waiting to see how the sample pair Alex is wearing with the best of both worlds turns out before I make fina decision

Moved this into this thread per direction from Riffblaster!
                            @Appfaff:

not sure if this is the right thread or not, but here it goes….

I went out with some friends on NYE and one of them had this really cool "flight" jacket made of denim. It wasn't really a true military inspired jacket but it was kinda cool...

Yesterday it hit me... What if Iron Heart did a 21oz A-2 jacket in either Indigo or Superblack, blanket lined or PrimaLoft lined for extra warmth. Same "Banding" (not sure if that's the right word) as the waist and cuffs of the IHJ-14.

                            Just thoughts!

It would be really cool if we could revolutionize the IHSW to make the ultimate heavyweight sweatshirt.

                                        Hears the idea:
18oz Loop wheeled pullover hoodie with no side seems dipped in indigo. All else kept same…  I.E. basically IHSW-10 sizing, fitted arms, flat seemed, etc...  all perfect.

It would be like the IH-XHS of sweatshirts! Pushing the boundaries of what can be over-engineered! 😉

I'm fairly new here, and this may have been suggested, but super heavyweight moleskin seems like such a logical IH venture.  The stuff is super tough, and I'm sure Haraki's version would be even tougher.  I've heard it is expensive to mill, but it could be used for an awesome 707 or 816 type cut.  It could also make some killer jackets.  The only thing I really know of in this ballpark, and it's a very different aesthetic, is the Mister Freedom paletot they did a few years back.  So yeah, I think heavyweight moleskin would be a winner.  Tough stuff made Haraki tough=dream come true.
