We can talk about it over a cold drink or two when Finn comes down, I know one boutique that went bust in Paddington a few years ago that was focused mostly on premium denim. Have been up there once a few years ago :).

Don't know about your chances of finding a good retailer in Australia - I suspect it would be too hard to have the stuff competitively priced, in addition to the point about the market being so spread out (in a spatial sense).  But you never know; I hope I'm wrong.

Anyway, I've drifted off topic…..

Yeah I do love my RM Williams, they're no where near Viberg level, but they're great city work boots. Going on 2 years and they look as good as new. My dad's had his  for 5-6 years and they're still going strong. It's nice to be able to walk into a retail store and get a resole from the company that made the boots. Always happy to proxy stuff… /ends hijack.
