I got this tee new and it was 29". I washed and dried it 3 times and now it measures 28.25".  It's my best fitting shirt. Short tees are good as undershirts, but as a main shirt for the day, I need a little length. I'm not a chick, I don't like half my back showing when I bend over, just sayin.
