Hey, general question.  Does anyone cuff the bootcut?  I have a chance to buy a pre zipper 9461 but the length is long where I'd have to cuff, or send off to get chainstitched-.  Just wondering if cuffing is possible without it looking awkward.  thanks

Usually bootcut and cuffs don't match. But in the other hand, I've seen it done.

IMO get them hemmed.

I'm really surprised that more people aren't wearing these pants for office work, but maybe IH hasn't really found the desk jockeys yet…..The boot cut is hardly noticeable and paints a good silhouette for office wear (IMO).

I just got a pair of these the other day. So far they are great! I was a bit hesitant about the zipper before I actually had them here, in hand. But that was unwarranted. It is heavy as shit. I have found that if you unzip BEFORE you unbutton, that it puts less stress on the zipper, too. Otherwise, when the button pops open, it jerks right at the top teeth. I have another pair of regular (non selvedge) 461s and these are going to make a great addition. I only wish that there were more denims in the 461 cut. I am a tall, skinny guy, and usually wear boots, so the 461 looks and feels perfect. I do have a couple pair of 634s but they just aren't the same! I am still a little surprised at how soft the super black 21 oz is right out of the package. FWIW, other than Dickies and my work (dress  ) pants, I believe this is the first black pair I have ever had.
