Okay...new to me 777 XHS. I went straight off the measurements and rolled the dice on this size. I was concerned about the tightness in the thighs but just wearing them for about 20 minutes now they seem to be much more relaxed.

After going back and forth with myself about whether or not this piece would make sense for me, I pulled the trigger on this after running through this whole thread.

Birthday present came a few weeks early this year.

@CosmoSix5 I'm surprised about the tariffs bc I thought if the product originated from this side a tariff wouldn't apply. Unless we're paying the tariff back that applied to the boots going there.

@CosmoSix5 What are the details on those boots? Leather or shop variant? Didn't think I would want a green pair of boots til now.

@Mizmazzle Yep. These fit great. Half size down from the 2045. Essentially full size down from what my most common size (which is a 9). Really like this last. The sprung toe makes walking very comfortable. If you have a wide foot, this is the last for you.

@Mizmazzle I got them and they were too big unfortunately. The boot didn't grip the sides of my foot, and my toe felt kinda far from the toe. I even laced up one foot just to see if the fit would change and it didn't. I even double checked the size and it's the same as the 2045. I just dropped them off at UPS and started the exchange. I do have to say that the Chocolate Chamois is very nice and oily.

@Mizmazzle No toe cap, Dainite outsole. I went with the same size as the 2045 as suggested to me. The 2045 is a bit roomy at the ankle but I can take up that space if I run the laces around the ankle. I heard that the 310 facings are more proportionate.

@Mizmazzle I just pulled the trigger on the 310 Chocolate Chamois from Withered Fig. I ordered them with the idea that if I don't absolutely like em, I'll send them back. I'm just trying them on. lol
