well everything looks just right and promising (as a pre-soak fit) imo!
I'd just throw'em into the tub (warm or hottest tap water for more shrinkage) and then I'd just leave the waistband out of the water. this should help to prevent the waist from too much shrinkage while the rest of the legs is getting enough of it!

Just soak em with a hanger or piece of wood in the waistband. Plus, if they fit good pre soak you will end up with a good fit once they have stretched back to presoak size. They look huge enough, I would not size up.

Manually stretch them after the soak a bit, let 'm dry, start wearing 'm. They certainly do not look too small…

That's the way they are, roomy. Waist will shrink about an inch. HotWash twice to get all shrinkage out. Stretch waist back if need be.

I didn't see as much waist shrink as everywhere else shrink.  I agree with IJ though, these are too full a cut to mess around with a soak.  Wash those bitches on super hot twice and don't look back.

I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome. I really wish I could have wore them longer. I would estimate 12-14 months of solid wear. They went through 4 or 5 rounds of crotch repairs. The last repair was done and they tore a day later so I gave up, this was around the time I posted last in here. I can't wait for the day that the crotch is not the weak link with heavy denim.

There is a size 35 as well! Give it a super got soak and with some agitation in the washing machine, they might fit you properly!

I also think that they gonna be too big in the end! though they gonna shrink a fair amount, but you always have to remember that they will ALWAYS stretch back (almost to raw measurements, in the waist!)…so if you're looking for a relaxed fitting pair, these gonna work, but I'm not sure if you gonna be a 100% satisfied and happy with them in the long run...

This guy is/was looking for SR's which are looser cut than RAWs. With W35 RAWs he'll probably achieve similar fit like with W34 SRs.

And yeah they stretch, but just and only the amount that is necessary….
