You guys know me. I'm an extremely positive and jovial person. I'm so fucking pissed right now, I can't see straight. I just got the shittiest most condescending email from FourHorsemen. I can't believe how some people step over dollars to pick up dimes when it comes to taking care of customers. Why would someone be so nasty to people wanting to do business with their company.

keep it simple man don't put any money in their pockets! They should only be so lucky to have a dude like you as a customer, they failed to realize that, fuck em.
Oh yeah, and don't take hand grenades to the airport, even if they are gold painted "duds".

My rant, brown spirits don't seem to like me any more. I had one large glass of Jamesons Signature Reserve last night, and not my head feels like I got in a fight last night. I love Jamesons and Havana Club Sept Anios, but it appears that they don't love me any more
Also, going to work in 15 minutes…..on a Saturday morning

They've taken two weeks to respond to e-mails on two occasions with me. I've actually been quite disappointed in the customer service of some of our–Read: Canadian--major men's fashion boutiques in the last couple of years.

Yup, not knocking Viberg in any way shape or form. Just a rant on shitty customer service. Of course, then you have the opposite of that exemplified in Giles' last post in this thread. Seems pretty straight forward.

Oh, it wasn't Viberg. It was 4Horsemen. In fact it was one particular person who was rude and condescending. They had a Black Friday 20% off code that worked when I payed for them. Then they shot me an email essentially telling me I was a dumbass or trying to work the system because the ad said "seasonal goods." Well when your main banner says Fall 2012 and the boots are under that link how the feck am I supposed to know that they're not covered by the coupon code THAT YOUR WEBSITE ACCEPTED!!! What really sucks is how shitty they got with me. I've only been on this forum for a few months, I didn't know those boots had been out for years…but seriously, I'll pay MORE to work with Giles/Paula and help them turn a profit, because of how gracious and helpful they are to people that buy from them. And I've seen them make pricing mistakes and honor them because they were the ones that made the mistake. Honor & Respect.
