One word which I hate and wish would disappear from the lingo forever, is JAWNS (or JAWNZ).
Dunno what it is about that word, but it just grates on me. Perhaps I'm just an intolerant pillock!

That remark about Philly is funny because previous to hearing it used in regards to denim, I had heard it all the time in 6-7th grade (about 15 years ago). It was really popular then, but mostly faded away after that. I never really liked the word personally.
