Button/unbotton your jeans couple of times before starting to use them/put them on. That way possibly you can loosen the buttonholes and surrounding fabric a bit. Might make buttoning easier…

apolis make some pretty good fitting oxford shirts.  will see how they hold up to a few wash & wears but so far i'm happy  with them
