Received mine today, and yea they're stiff like hell, and a hard way to start into IH denim.
As this is my first IH jeans, im quiet happy that they fit perfectly in waist and length,
but it was a pain to put them on first time, because of the cardboard feeling.
Still debating whether soaking them or not to soften them up.
I´ll put up fit pics tomorrow me thinks.

lol, ok so i have no other choice than taking the hard road i guess.
First thought was like "yay, they fit me good" second thought was "uh oh feels like the jeans wear me and not like i wear them"…

25oz, sanforized, unslubby, no shrinkage and little stretching… what can a bit of water?

More difficult. Bending down to tie your shoelaces is a challenge and I have taken to putting my socks on before my jeans to save time…....
