Stopped by Self Edge SF today just to try on a few pairs of the original 18oz 666. Came to find that the 33 fit me perfectly. A little loose around the waist, but weren't hugging my thighs like the 32s. What would you all recommend if I wanted to get as close as possible to that 33 in the 25oz version?

I would stick with 33.  I'm concerned that if you size down on the XHS, your legs may end up getting separated from your torso.  If you are feeling super macho, go for the 32….G

Received mine today, and yea they're stiff like hell, and a hard way to start into IH denim.
As this is my first IH jeans, im quiet happy that they fit perfectly in waist and length,
but it was a pain to put them on first time, because of the cardboard feeling.
Still debating whether soaking them or not to soften them up.
I´ll put up fit pics tomorrow me thinks.

lol, ok so i have no other choice than taking the hard road i guess.
First thought was like "yay, they fit me good" second thought was "uh oh feels like the jeans wear me and not like i wear them"…

More difficult. Bending down to tie your shoelaces is a challenge and I have taken to putting my socks on before my jeans to save time…....
