I will say that I spent a good portion of my youth shit talking life in the suburbs but every one of our neighbors as well as all the first responders all went above and beyond to help us out - unfortunately you don't always get that same attitude living in big cities these days

A thought just came to me: we are going to be putting all of our displacement costs on a credit card until we settle with insurance (side note - thats going to be a fucking headache).

If I have 3-5% cashback could I turn this lemon of a situation into a new cpo??

Odds are good. Every pic you have in the WAYWT thread can be used as supporting documentation whether you still have the piece or not. I always keep a picture of my closet in my phone just in case. Let me know if you need any help with your claim.
