      The new look is awesome. Here are some things I've noticed from using the website on desktop and mobile:

      I'm still not seeing the number of items in stock when viewing products.

      I'm not able to click on a product image for a closer view. Sometimes if I click on an image the page reloads with some of the images overlaying on the text. This happens similarly on both mobile and desktop.

      When browsing products on mobile it's hard to tell what I'm looking at because the the model number is not shown, only the first line of text about the product.

        And sorry in general that we have had so many glitches…

          The lot number issue Palmer mentions is interesting. I noticed it during QC but before I could write it up it resolved itself. It is still fine on my iPhone XR. Is there a chance some things remain unresolved on the US mirror?

            It’s no problem at all! Just wanted to let you guys know. I know that the site is gonna be awesome once you’re able to get the bugs hammered out.

              I see this place as in house free beta testing, instead of a friendly kick in the butt after a public release. I’d rather it be that we “the forum” are released onto the new platform first, to perform our well established routines and report any problems that we see doing what we do. That way each person can provide their individual perspective on how the new site works for them, which is the whole idea anyway, before things are released to less interactive, less informed customers. That’s what I did, I reported the flaws I saw doing what I normally do on the site. I only use a fraction of the site, and other members probably use the site in completely different ways. If we are allowed to test it out first, it doesn’t have to have this unfortunate rough draft transparency. Looking at my comments in this page, since they were not followed by several other first hand reports, it seemed like an after the fact tarnishing of the release rather than a practical reporting of the user experience. That was not my intention. I actually have lots to say about user interface, but it’s not relevant once the site is permanently updated.

                  So more about the comparison feature, one of my personal favorites. When I am comparing different cuts I can only see the first few words which ends up cutting off the actual model number I am comparing. I tried posting a screenshot but didn't seem to want to work. @Giles pick 3 pair jeans in the same denim but in different cuts and i think you will see what I mean…

                  None of this is meant to be complaining BTW, just beta feedback. More than confident all these issues will be resolved sooner than later!! Cheers!

                      Thanks, everyone. Your feedback is very much appreciated.

                      Sadly a lot of these issues were not issues on the final beta site which was tested for hours by multiple people over the course of a few weeks prior to launch. Quite how the live site has managed to get into such trouble from a beta site in significantly better shape is really beyond us and we are feeling pretty let down.

                      Your help flagging these issues to us so that we can in turn report them to the tech people to get resolved as swiftly as possible is greatly appreciated.

                        I try the new checkout brought pair of jeans.
                        Couldn’t add note to the order..
                        had to paid first, then go back to the order to add note.

                        At first I remove the item try again no luck went to payment to pay, my card details already there which I never save..

                        Try to used ApplePay didn’t work..
                        Other than that all good pay with card

                            Issues surrounding peculiar product page rendering will be sorted shortly. If your problem persists, clearing your cache for the last 24 hours or so should resolve.

                              This is a bug caused by the same issue preventing larger images appearing, they will both be resolved at the same time today

                                This is now live - please check in an incognito window (cmd + shift + N on google chrome for eg) or clear your cache first to ensure up to date visuals

                                      The only issue that I've been having is that the the forum address that I used to use is:

                                      https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum

                                      But that redirects me to the IH website. I now need to add the trailing backslash.

                                      https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/

                                      In contrast, if I miss the backslash for the outlet, it redirects me correctly. So:

                                      https://www.ironheart.co.uk/outlet

                                      Goes to:

                                      https://www.ironheart.co.uk/outlet/

                                      I'd suggest adding a similar redirect to the forum, but it's not a major problem. 🙂

                                      Overall, I'm liking the new site. I haven't tried to buy anything yet, though.

                                        In the outlet, a few items are listed with multiple colours. For example.

                                        The colour indicator doesn't show which is selected when on my mobile device. (Pixel 3XL, running Chrome.) They're also quite small, making it hard to select them.

                                        I'd suggest spacing the colour circles a bit wider, and adding a border or some other indicator to show which is selected.

                                          Couple things:

                                          My girlfriend wanted to give me a gift card via Iron Heart America for our anniversary today but every time she added the item to the cart the page refreshed with nothing in it. She gave up and gave me an IOU.

                                          After receiving the news of this, I started looking at things to buy. Now, the item quantity appears when I select a size, but if I go back and forth between sizes the count glitches out and stays on a number between 1 and 9+. For reference, I was looking at the 21oz OD 666 when this happened. This stood out to me because I've been coveting this jeans and before the update most sizes were sold out but the bug is showing every size in stock.

                                          This is good in a way because I don't really know what I want to buy, but definitely not good for customers.
