Was at the pool this morning and thought to myself…

What keeps water from going into your ear and further into your brain? If your ear canal was closed, you wouldn't be able to hear so how does it not go further?

      Ear Drum and Ossicles?

My first thought was ear drum but my wife made me feel stupid for asking  😞

That is why I put the question mark as it was a guess. Now I want to know. (Heads to google)

I think Lando is right. If you look at the diagram of an ear, there really isn't any place water can seep in towards your brain. That snail looking thing is the inner ear which is the things that transfers vibrations to your brain, if I remember correctly. Plus, it'll be difficult for liquid to travel far as there is also pressure in the ears.

Then again, it's all just guesses. *CALLING ANY DOCTORS OUT THERE..

      I'm as ugly as you

I heard through grapewine that pucells are ½ size smaller than chucks.  This isn't for sure though

(Chucks are ½ size bigger than PF Flyers, I'm 9 in PF's and could have done 8,5 in Chucks)

Most half decent opticians.  Usually works out cheaper than buying the shitty frames they try and palm off on to you.  Me and Mme B have resolved to always get vintage or decent (Dita for e.g.) and take them in and get them installed with our prescription lenses.  In the UK the majority of the chains will not do this (making there money off the frames) but most good independent opticians will.

Completely agree. Buy the frames you want(online, vintage, etc.) and have a local Optician install some lenses. I had some prescription lenses put in some vintage Ray Bans and it was about $120 I think.

You might like the Freeways from Shuron. They're made a few hours away from you in Greenville, SC I believe and might be half the price of those Dry Bones frames.

Hey guys, noob question…which is the better item to soak jeans in? Bathtub or a bucket/smaller container? Also, does it really make a difference in what you soak them in? I'm kind of tired of using the bathtub due to the amount of water, other reasons, etc..

                                  Thanks!

I would say it doesn't matter unless you are going for a true 'shrink to fit' and then you want to be sat wearing the jeans in the tub. Bucket works fine in my experience.

I use a bucket mainly because it uses a lot less water. Not sure if that affects the denim, but I prefer to conserve water
