Illustrations/Fine Art

Some lifetimes ago I was in a dark patch and had an hard time finding myself out.
Art always helped me express and cope with big emotions.
And at that time I stumbled on an artist that inspired me to create! A safe place to collect my then chaotic mind.
Unfortunately I have forgot the name of her, but this was my take after being totally devoured by her art.
A mix of her and my own creativity. My wellbeing eventually changed for the better, and the need to finishing it faded.
But it still kind of represents a part of my journey to where I am today. Finished or unfinished… I’ve come to terms that some things just needs to be left the way they are

A little out of the ordinary but I thought these envelopes my Grandpa illustrated while in service in the 40’s were especially beautiful. I recently tattooed some of this script on my arm as a tribute to him. Great guy
