Hey mate, sorry for not seeing this sooner, we were chasing the Easter bunny along the South Coast..
Everyone was absolutely correct and this should have been measured from the inner shoulder seam as @goosehd pointed out.
We were so excited for the Easter egg hunt though that we first measured from the outer one - the size chart has been updated though and is now reflecting the inner shoulder seam dimensions Sorry about that!
