Something a bit out there but I really love it. Louis Erard's regulateur in collaboration with Alain Silberstein. Love the child-like aesthetics, and pairs rather nicely with the Lefty OD
Cheers,

@MassiveThighs thank you guys, indeed I tend to overthink slightly at times. Wabi sabi as they say
@hjl360 It's visible that the lower part curve outwards. No big deal but feel a bit off when still new/rigid as the jacket tends to flare outward.
@sabergirl indeed I realize this is not super clear
Here you go, the right side is quite "curved" and makes the front a bit asymetric. it can accentuate even more with movement.
Thanks for the help,
Hi everyone,
Have any of you gotten a jacket which both sides don't line up? I am not the most OCD person but I have the left side which is quite crooked and I haven't seen it on any other of my type 3s, is it due to the left hand twill? And if any of you has, does it improve with time as the jacket relaxes?
Thanks,
Thanks both for your informative replies, really appreciate you taking the time.
@Darth-fader maybe you posted it earlier in the thread but would you mind sharing your height and weight for comparison?
I feel 44 should work out but I’ve seen a these jackets tend to shrink with use and sadly I can’t ask TJ for a “large 44” like I’d do with IH.
Part of the journey I guess
@nrtphotos hi, would you mind sharing some information on your sizing (especially weight and chest/shoulders)?
I am going back and forth on sizing (between 44 and 46), as I tend to be XL in most IH including UHF. I know 44 should be the way to go but I sometimes feel slightly constrained as I have relatively large shoulders / chest. These 2 are the only dimensions that change between the two sizes and I would want to feel comfortable in the long run. Sizing is always a bit stressful on such an expensive item
Many thanks,
Just got mine, so stocked. Will be some time coming but I’ll appreciate it even more.
Always feeling a bit nervous to pay that much money and not be able to size it first, but I’ll trust the process
Keep the photos coming please so I can can get hyped on the way!
@AdamJ is it normal that the sleeve length and opening dimensions in XXL are actually smaller than in XL?
Thanks!
I wear it, spray at the crease level and maintain my arms folded. Really no need to overcomplicate it I believe
@DeeDee85 I used Mike’s damping method with a water spray
So so pleased with this jacket, the best fitting I've ever owned and the slub OD combo is killer. Now I finally get what's the fuss is all about :). Thanks @Shaun for picking up the largest XL.
A couple of poorly taken pictures that barely does the jacket justice.
@Alex thanks Alex, appreciate the prompt answer.
@Ross Great news! Will the chart be updated or is it the same chart than the previous run?
I remember your journey with the 409IB fondly, so you are deservedly getting the first go at this beauty of a shirt.
It is true that the 21oz denim is one of the best looking fresh out of the box, and I love that the IH crew has chosen the work shirt CPO as a base.
Is that an XL?
Hi,
anyone with experience in Self Edge measurement, could you please let me know whether you plan to size up/down from your regular size?
Thanks!
@Denman-John Looking great and used for what it is supposed to
Happy to see it has ended up in good hands.
@Oaktavia still unwashed like your 25oz IB?
It's great to see them fade side by side and note the subtle differences.
Assuming there will still be a restock, would you have an ETA?
THanks!
Also want to weigh in ans say that the sleeve length is not an issue as potentially expected given the measurement. can't exactly say why but it's one of the best fitting shirts I own from IH.
