Is it too soon to think about Spring/Summer 2026?
Typically, s/s is presented when all of f/w has been released.

@scooter I’ve never tried any of those, but have heard nothing but great things about all of them. Especially the 12 yr. For my personal tastes, the sweet spot for bourbon, tends to be 7-10 years old. After that they can be a bit too oakie/oaky for my taste. Having said that, The Elijah Craig 18 is one of my all time favorites. I felt that the Knob Creek 14 was a bit too oaky for me. How would you rate these on their oakiness level?
If you can handle EC18, you can certainly handle KC12. It's a far less pricey pour, as well. Honestly, the KC12 is #2 of my "always on hand" Bourbons.
As far as oak goes, I brought a bottle of the new Jack Daniels Heritage Toasted to a friend's place for Thanksgiving. It's a lovely pour. But, it's definitely oak heavy. Personally, I find the oak influence of the KC18 and KC21 less offensive. If memory serves, you are a fan of Woodford Double Oaked. I have the same opinion of that comparison, too...

It was a fun experience but I've never had that again.
That's likely a good thing...
Packers made it closer than needed. But, they got the job done...
Back to back to back...

Watching the snow fall...

8" - 10" expected

No Ultra Heavy Happy Hour today.
Boo!
+1
@Sage954 , the plan was to enjoy an IPA for the Happy Hour, today. But, while running errands, this morning, Bourbon County landed at the store. I decided to change things up...

What did the sign on the out of business brothel say ?
Beat it. We're closed !
We're a day away from the Black Friday edition of the Happy Hour. I'll be interested in hearing what everyone is buying tomorrow...
