Took a little road trip up the California Central Coast with the missus. I had to stop into Tendrel in Santa Barbara. Parker is a stand up guy and a fellow Gizzhead so we had a lot to chat about. I enjoyed his curated stock with California made items from Mister Freedom as well as Freenote Cloth. Of course plenty of Iron Heart on hand. If your in Santa Barbara check it out!

Went to KBBQ place with the Missus that uses coal instead of the usual gas grills. The staff actually did most of the grilling for us which I was not expecting but 10/10.

Today was my first full day of wearing these beasts. Surprisingly comfortable for the combined heavyweight 42oz. These pants are going to be in my constant rotation for years to come. I only wish they had a little higher rise to them but totally serviceable as is.
@endo That movie is such a time capsule. A look into the Jamaican scene before the coke and dance hall fundamentally changed things. The movie Rockers has a similar vibe.

The Max Shaaf engineers have landed. Very pleased with the fit and build quality. Especially at the Summer Sale price. Can't wait to break these bad boys in.

It seems that most people here have sizeable collections. I have seen a couple of pictures of jeans on hooks, but I was wondering what everyone's setup looked like. From denim to shirting, leather jackets, boots, and all that Good Art , I would love to see a picture of how you actually store your wardrobe.

I love these guys. I had tickets to see them 3/10/20. I really wanted to go despite all the news but my wife said she'd kill me if we got sick. So I ended up giving them away and they haven't toured back through my town since then. They were scheduled for a fest this last year but the festival disintegrated. Anyway at least they have some amazing KEXP performances on youtube until they make it back to Socal.
