Quite handy and should be able to answer most of your questions.

I would suggest trying to use the retailer list found here retailer list and seeing if anyone might have your size in stock. Your other option is to place a WTB in the marketplace or look on other secondary markets.

@Luke_is_back The Horsehide to me feels lighter in weight to the Steer, but both of them are quality jackets. I have the horsehide M65 and the split steer Type III.

Regarding this specific jacket, this is the answer:

@GraemeE … in my case $20.00 CAD a piece for two guys that were the size of small mountains. I would say that I helped (I tried), but those 2 moved the tub like I would a tub of ice cream.

@Giles …that’s because you two (technically 3) have lived a life of adventure that most of us only dream of. Scuba with a manta ray will trump the details of a one off shirt anytime.

…and to add, I would try the wedges first as it sounds the simplest way to lift it slightly. The bottom of our hot tub is the strongest point and would handle wedges. That depends on how your hot tub was made.

Contact your local company that deals in hot tubs and pools asking them what to do. We have a hot tub and it’s fairly easy to move with 2-3 guys, but the hot tub company will give you really good advice. Just tell them what you’re trying to accomplish and they will tell you how they do it.

Our last hot tub (upsize from a smaller one) was easy as the guys that helped do it all of the time.

@yannis slubby denim stretches easily and you can probably do an inch (possibly more). Don’t know if it helps or not.
