On a general note: Is anyone else bothered by the tag at the bottom (hem) of these T-Shirts sticking out? I know, it can be removed, but I just don't get why they placed it in such an annoying way

@JerkStore Thanks! I ordered a pair and received them today (Ichikawa in Smoke fade). I don't really like how they look on me though since I have brown hair and something about them looks off on me. I think full transparent ones (beige) could look better on me, but I'm not sure and they're sold out in the EU as far as I know.

@pechelman Thanks - yeah I've seen those photos as well, but the (I'll try to put it as respectfully as I can here) models' hairstyles and the quality of the photos (too close makes JMMs look way bigger on the face than they already are) didn't give me a good idea on how they would look on me with my.... hair

Does anyone have any on-face photos of a pair of JMM in the colorway "Smoke fade"? Can't find almost any example...

@Tobi Funny enough, among other combinations, I tried that outfit combo and it looks nice paired with a navy blazer - but no photos of that unfortunately

Note: The color of the chinos isn't accurate on my photos (looks darker on my photos than in real) - it obviously is, however, on the product photos. I'm only trying to showcase the fit here for future reference. And the fit on these (as well as on the IH-727-KHA that I received today - more on that later at some point though) is absolutely how I wanted it to be.

If I understand correctly, washing doesn't directly affect the contrast/quality of fades. In other words, a pair of jeans continues to fade no matter if you wash or not.

But could we say that, indirectly, washing decreases the contrast/quality of fades, i.e. washing contributes to the softening of denim and therefore to less abrasion being caused which then leads to fades becoming less contrasty?

@Alex Prior to my failed use of the said voucher, I asked the crew to merge my two vouchers into a single voucher and the total of both were merged into one of the given vouchers - if that also helps at all in any way.

I also had problems with redeeming my gift voucher yesterday during the placement of my order. Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot nor do I remember the content of the error message...

If there is no shrinkage to be expected, my rule of thumb is: I'll add 0.5" to the perfect/ideal length that I want my trousers to end up at in order to account for the shortening of the inseam caused by natural and frequent wear.

Example: Perfect/ideal length is 27", hem at 27.5" and with wear, the inseam will lose approximately 0.5" and end up being 27".
